Flashing Blue Arrow Icon when at a Station

Hi

I am Driving a RE19 on the Kassel to Paderborn Line. When I stop at a station the red man appears at the top left of the screen as usual. However recently a blue flashing U shaped arrow icon has appeared. Can anyone one tell me what this is? I do not seen to be able to clear the red man icon and the arrow to drive away correctly when it is time to depart the station.

I am please that people are still driving in Zusi. It is a great and demanding sim. Sometimes it is difficult to find appropriate instruction, but then again there are always great people to help you out.
