So you want to know, how to create a timetable?
You can create a timetable via Zusi Simulator. Menu entry "Timetable creation"->"Create new timetable..." (You can set the language of Zusi to English in the Dateiverwaltung, but I guess you have already done this.)

There is also a English Documentation in "Help"->"Documentation". Chapter 2.4. Unfortunately it's a big topic. So feel free to ask further questions.

Remarks to ZusiDatenbank:
All timetables of ZusiDatenbank are already delivered with the latest updates. So you can open them by just openening the file open dialog.

They are already inclueded in Zusi and aviable if you have installed the latest updates.

Edit: ZusiDatenbank has not installed the latest update 117. So there might be minor differences.
