Why most of the lines on Zusi only have the speed reductions signposts and not the limits when the speed goes up?

I've been watching some cab-rides videos, and almost always you can see the 120, 140, 60, 80, etc.. posts.
On the game, you have to always keep the eye on the timetable to know when it's clear to increase the speed.

In the real world, this has only been implemented in recent years. Previously only speed reductions were marked with signs, and many Zusi routes are set in the 80s to 90s.
