Hi

What does the + sign mean on the timetable? Like +1255
Do I have to be there before the indicated time or after the indicated time?

Also, what does the ZS symbol mean on the timetable?

The + sign indicates a stop called "Betriebshalt" in German language. I'm not sure if there is an official translation. It means that the stop is just for operational reasons, e.g. waiting for train crossing, passing of train with higher priority etc, but not as passenger stop, freight loading, etc.
