Can you check if the rest of the stick contains data? If Zusi detects an autorun.inf to be incorrect this sounds like any kind of computer protrection software.

i can't access the stick. windows says it needs to be formatted. after everything failed i had windows try format it but then windows says the stick is write-protected.

sounds like a bricked flash drive. I guess you need to contact Carsten via email and request a new one...
