I've used a whistle in front of tunel in Brilon Wald and I can't see any more signs but according to graph I missed a whistle two times?

please watch out carefully for a whistle sign (inverted) when leaving the "Elleringhäuser Tunnel" and approaching Elleringhausen stop station.

It must be somwhere at the begining of "Elleringhäuser Tunnel" because according to graph my speed was not even 50 km/h. I drove one more time and again I missed whistles two times. I used it in front of the tunel and next to black "Pfeife Sign" which is situated in front of Elleringhausen Haltepunkt. Are there any signs inside a tunel?
