Dashboard with real instrument and Teloc RT9 speedometer

Hello,
I have a complete dashboard, and a Teloc RT9 speedometer. I'd like to connect them to Zusi-how to get started? I'd like to start with the speedometer first. I'm not really into programming.
Rpm=800 at 150 km/h
Motor: 3 phase, 60 V
Any help, any ideas are appreciated!
