I'm not Carsten, but I'll try to answer your question anyway. Others may correct me if I'm wrong.
For exemple with a brake-knorr , you push 3 times the brake button to have a 4.5 Bars positions . With my Brake , you need to hold the leverand the pression will fall .. if you release the lever , the pression is maintained at the 4.x Bars position . The other position release the brakes .
So it's not emulated in Zusi , How can i make it work with it ?
There are two different type of driver's valve in Zusi:
Knorr 8/10 and
D2-D5. The operation you desire seems to be similar to that of the
Knorr 8/10 valve.
What you describe first is the operation of the
D2-D5, which has 10 positions: filling stroke (
Füllen), drive (
Fahrt), center position (
Mittel), 4.7 bar, 4.4 bar, 4.2 bar, 4.0 bar, 3.8 bar, 3.5 bar, emergency braking (
Schnell). The driver's valve maintains the brake pipe pressure at 5.0 bar in the
Fahrt position or at the given pressure in the 4.7, 4.4, 4.2, 4.0, 3.8 or 3.5 bar positions.
By contrast, the
Knorr 8/10 valve has only 6 positions: filling stroke (
Füllen), release (
Lösen), center position (
Mittel), closing-off (
Abschluss), braking (
Bremsen), emergency braking (
Schnell). As long as the handle is held in the braking position, the brake pipe pressure drops. In the closing position, the brake pipe pressure is held constant, and in the release position, the brake pipe pressure rises to 5 bar at most.
The only difference between the
Knorr 8/10 and the brake valve which you described seems to be that, in the latter case, the lever springs back into the closing position.
